Opening the Freight Master File

1. Select FILE | FREIGHT AND COURIERS | FREIGHT.

Micronet displays the Freight Selection screen.

2. Select an existing freight code.

If you have more than one screen of freight codes, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of freight codes using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort freight codes by ID or description.

4. Alternatively, escape the Freight Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing freight code.

Micronet displays the Freight File Update screen in Update Mode with the details of the freight code you selected.
